Campo Grafico, 10
Attilio Rossi, Carlo Dradi
Campo Grafico was the most important Italian graphic design magazine from the 1930s. This cover shows a giant lead type with an inscription reading: “4th Polygraphic Meeting-Contest of Milan, 15th of June.” The call to go to the meeting is represented by the walking crowd in the bottom right. The use of just black, red, and white is typical of the 1930s.
