Notes
An elegant announcement of a prominent printing shop based in Milan. It was part of a series of advertisements designed by Dradi and Rossi for the same client.
The page, which is two-tone printed in Modern’s classic black and red, intelligently mixes visual references to classic and modern aesthetics (the sculpture and the black square), thus suggesting a sense of continuity in the activity of the printing shop by binding tradition to innovation.
The text reads: “Our organization and expertise in halftone printing allow us to produce in the best way the client’s ideas and designs.” Previously unseen on the internet. [NM]
